Default Which RTS wheels? Black or Polished?

Tired of beating up my 345s on the street and track, so I'm going to buy a set of weekend/street/strip wheels. I'm torn on which ones. I want either Polished, or the Black/Polished combo. I'm kinda leaning towards the Black/Polished because of the black accents on the car, but after seeing the polished on the car I just don't know. I ordered one of each so I could try to make my decision. Help me out LS1tech!

Either way the sizes will be:

15x4 with 1.5" backspace and 26x7.5-15 M/T Sportsman Fronts
15x9 with 5.5" backspace and 26x10.5-15 M/T ET Streets

Black:

Didn't put a tire on the black wheel, so I photoshopped one lol.

And the polished, with the tire mounted.

I know, I was dead set on black until I put the polished ones on, they look killer too..still think I'm leaning towards black though..the street wheels (which are on the front) are CCW Classics.

I say go with the black ones. Maybe the polished ones look better in person, but in the photo they look pretty plain/bland.

They're a great looking wheel, no doubt...but the black ones do look 100% more detailed and nice in person. I have never seen the black ones in person until now. I've always thought they were okay looking, but after seeing them in person it's a whole different perspective, they look AMAZING!

I forgot to mention I do have the Polished RTS wheels on my Camaro, so if I put black ones on the Cobra it would be something different.

If I have strange brakes, can I get them with a straighter spoke? Not the curved that makes them look like a polished torque thrustII rim from a angle?

They all have a curved spoke, just some less than others. The 15" S71 RTS wheel is offered in a Low Pad, or Medium pad. There's not much difference in the spoke angle of the two, however with Strange brakes you SHOULD beable to use the Low pad which would have a lesser curved spoke, but I've never tried fitting them over strange brakes so don't hold me to it. Order one and bolt it on before putting a tire on it, worst comes to worse you have to send it back. I think you'll be more than happy with either wheel though. They're amazing quality.

Hey what is the set-up on your camaro? I'm guessing 18" fronts and 15" rears? I am really thinking about doing this instead of the 15" prostars I am just torn. I have the money to do it and if I do it I want to only have to do it once and not buy 3 different sets of wheels and tires before I decide which one I really want which is the RST or RXT. I also really like the magnums. Like I said, I am torn.

How bad do you guys think a magnum, alumastar, or rxt or rst front 18" would look with 15" prostars out back? Any one have a pic of this combo? Sorry for the hijack!
