khumo or bfg kdws?

khumo or bfg kdws? I just bought some 17x11/17x9 ttII's and went to discount tire and the guys there told me to get some khumo ecstas (285/40) for the rears. Anyone have the khumo's cause I was thinking about some bfg kdws's. Just want some decent traction from a stand still. Any info? Thanx!

I have had both... I like BFGs better but the Khumos last longer.
If you have 17x11s why not go with 315s? Also if you decide to go with 315s BFG makes the KDs and they hold up very well. I've had mine for over a year and a half now

never mind just found some 315's at the tire rack for $110!! Sumitomo HTRZ?? I dont care what they are, for $110 you cant beat it, they have gotten some pretty good reviews from f-body and vette owners so I will give them a try!!
