I was super lazy and stopped at a local car wash on the way home. After all said and done I now have a bunch of paint missing from my wheels. They barely spoke english, so I have to call the owner tomorrow and complain. What do you guys/gals think is the best way to get my rims painted or replaced by them? Or am I SOL?

I'd argue to get them replaced with new ones. If you're going to argue for it, might as well go all the way for it.
Repainting wheels the right way where you won't have problems down the road would be a pretty good PITA as far as the surface prep goes. If it was from something on the machine scraping against the wheels (not just water pressure) you can also argue that the wheels is physically and not just asthetically damaged. hehehe

They should have insurance for stuff like this. Make them pay for replacements!

You can try, but most car washes have a sign saying they are only responsible for factoyry installed options, and i no way are responsible for aftermarket accesories...Hope they pay up man...its ashame

Anyway, he is in Miami, they were probably Cuban.
They should have insurance and should have to pay for them.
