A Stealth box is designed and manufactured by JL Audio. They make them for several vehicles including the 4th Gen F-Body. The most common 4th gen box is the Single 10, It fits in the cavity where the factory cd changer is mounted. If you have a cd changer it must be moved.

They also made a 4th gen Stealth Box that contained 3 10's. It fits in the back of the car where your T-Tops would go. It followed the contour of the rear panels and gave the car a more finished look. But it was heavy and stupid expensive. Came delivered in white gel coat and was up to you to cover it or paint it.

I don't have a pic of it, but here is a box that I made. It was like mine but held 3 subs instead of one. and was all fiberglass.

Only JL Audio makes the "Stealthbox", And Yes it is for a 10" sub. IIRC at first they all came loaded, they are designed for a specific sub and application. Im not sure that you can buy just the enclosure. Butt.... There are several companies that make similar enclosures or you can make your own. Hope that helps.

Ive known people that didnt have luck with memphis. I have memphis speakers and they go bad pretty quick.
That 10 is going to do just as good in my opinion. The jl stuff is supposed to be the best, was recommended I get their sub if I decide to go with an amp and sub in the future.
Just my opinion, go with what you want though.
