won't happen. The air will find a weaker place to exit like a door seal, t-top seal or some other place. The glass is the least of your concerns. There was a Mythbusters about this. It didn't shatter glass, but it did break a sun roof.

People might say it has happened, but either they are lying or they are repeating what rumors.

to add.. the only vehicles that run the risk of breaking glass are some ultra spl competition rigs. 2 12"s are not going to do it.. And of the few stories I have hear of glass breaking, it was always the windshield, because it was already chipped

but especially in an fbody, you'll bow out the side windows aloung the ttop seals before you ever come anywhere near breaking the hatch or windshield.

the fbody has several leaky points for pressure to escape before pressure would push out glass. And as stated before the pressure would escape out of the side windows before anything. resonante frequencies are a whole nother ball game. in fbods, the glass has so much mass, that most subs couldn't play that low to be a concern. In my tahoe I could shatter the windshield on cue using a 14hrtz test tone. And with a 43 htrtz tone I evacuated an apartment complex. (great story on that one) My brother had a single cab chevy truck with 4 15"s in the bed, he cracked the windshield twice and blew it out onto his hood once. Anyway just sharing personal experiences.
