Chevy Turbo LSX Truck vs. 1000 Horsepower Supra
From the get go of this video, the Chevy looks a million times meaner than the Toyota. I don’t care that the Toyota is a Supra, or that it has massive slicks, and turbo’s for eyes, the red and black of the Chevy truck just look sinister in the best way possible, and my money’s on him.
According to the video though, it should have been even easier to pick out the red Chevy truck as the winner. Using a tuned LSX, the Chevy runs the quarter mile in under 8 seconds flat. That Supra it’s racing though, has 1,000 horsepower, and the Chevy a turbo LSX with just as much if not more. Watch as the Chevy turns up the boost and beats the Supra by 4/10’s of a second at the quarter mile.
Might make you think twice when you pull up to what appears to be a stock truck the next time you’re at the lights, waiting for the green.
