What if Furious 7’s Stunts Happened in Real Life?
The latest installment of the Fast and the Furious franchise, Furious 7, has already eclipsed every box office projection known to man.
It’s the 6th highest grossing movie ever, and it’s just an awesome thrill ride to go on. Even though the ending, and how the filmmakers dealt with star Paul Walkers death was rough.
That said, this film was more over the top with action than even Michael Bay could conceive. Between dropping cars out of airplanes, to blowing up a car park, to finally jumping a Lykan Hypersport out of a set of towers in Dubai.
This film definitely raised the ante when it comes to car movies. However, as with all Fast and the Furious movies, most of the stunts, and actions scenes are way outside the line of reality.
That’s why the folks over at College Humor decided to make a short animation of what would really happen if real live people with real world physics would try some of the stunts portrayed in the film.
It’s pretty great, but I have to point out, the jump between the towers was proven to be possible. Although, highly unlikely to succeed.
