Sold Out! The Camaro Z/28 is Going, Going, Gone

And just like that folks, your shot at buying a Camaro z/28 in 2014 has passed. Autoguide reports that all 500 cars alotted for 2014 have been spoken for. Bummer. On the flipside, GM is building 2,500 for next year. This is hardly the end of the Z/28.

Considering how much of a special case the Z/28 is, it’s unsurprising that they decided to build so few for the first run. Even I was a little skeptical about it’s chances at success considering the price. The car costs more than a new Corvette! If you can only afford one V8 sports car in your life, choosing between these two could be difficult.

GM begin taking orders again in the next few weeks. Z/28 lovers, keeps an eye out.
