2010 Camaro ss vs 2005-06 GTO vs 1998-02 WS6
#2
fastest 2010 ss 1/4 i've seen was a 12.6
fastest 2002 ws6 1/4 was a 12.7
fastest gto was 12.8
so they're all relatively close 1/4mi performance wise in stock trim but the 2010 ss seems to respond to mods better than the others, and it is a brand new car.
i personally would go with the 2010 ss or the gto just because its a new car and i already got a 4th gen f-body.

Take it for whats it worth but my 2010 SS as of today has beaten both an LS1 Z28 and LS2 GTO, both had full bolt-on's (including LT's and tune) and all I have is an roto-fab intake and dyno tune. I am very impressed with the LS3 to say the least. I can't wait to get a set of headers and tires and get back to the track. The 2010 gets my vote, but you can't lose either way.
As of a few days ago the 2010 SS record is a 12.5

^^yea i seen the 12.5 just a while ago
also got the chance to drive a 2010 SS A6 earlier today and it seemed to pull just as hard as my car if not more. i love the six speed auto, and i like that you can shift the automatic manually with the paddles too. i was very impressed with the new camaro.
i have also ridden in a 06 GTO and it had a better interior and rode smoother than the other two choices.

I almost bought an 08 vette for about the same price as my new camaro. Would have had a higher interest rate with the used car and I would have also been paying over 30k for a USED car. It was a tough choice but im happy with my car so...
