at first i used a green fiberglass filler, but it was getting really hot during the hardening process and killing my hands, so i switched to a bondo body filler for the small stuff..

Your doing some of the body work I'm looking to do down the road. I want to shave the attenna, fill/remove in the Camaro on the back panel and do the same for the front Camaro portion. Keep us posted!!!

Are you planning on removing the side moldings too.. that would make your car look even cleaner.

Awesome. Thats gonna a good looking camaro when done. Whats your plan for the rest of the car, like wheels and exhaust?

Also cool that your doing it all yourself.

Looks good. I'm prepping my car again too. It looks much worse. BTW fiberglass doesn't hold too well to plastic, unless you drill holes in the plastic to make like a fiberglass rivit.

Looks great so far. Just curious as to why you left the "CAMARO" lettering on the grille. Thought maybe you would fill that in too to complete the "Smooth" look. Also did you put a backer plate or something behind the quarter panel when you were doing the side markers or just fiberglass over the hold and then smooth with filler?

Did you used normal fiberglass and body filler on the bumper covers?????

Also did you just fill over the key cylinder?

If so it ain't gonna last . . . .

When I filled in the holes on my shock towers, I fiberglassed them and then smoothed out with glazing putty. Lasted great so far and they get a lot of vibration.
