so a 2 gal i dont think will be enough maybe at 200 psi but im not sure
if anything u will only be able 2 raise the car 1 time
but it all depends on how high you have 2 raise it and the wight of the car

putting the irs is still going 2 be alot of work with making all the mounting and susp. parts work

i have 2500 universal air double below bags in the rear and they ride alot better than the 2500 firestone bags did
Did ya'll take this one out the the N.O. lakefront PRE-Katrina on Sundays?!!? I live on the north shore and been going to the races on haynes blvd since i was a kid. I just bought a 98 z28 off a guy in Metairie. previous was a bagged b drop hard body(still primer)

The car looks tight, non of your work looks half ***, clean welds, smooth shaves and a **** load of man hours and beer. It would be one thing for everyone to rag on it if the workmanship was crap. The reason i like it so much is that it sets you from the rest. Each person on this site has there own way to make there car like there personality....fast or low or both.......why do you think we all dump cash into our vehicles?!?! non of us want to roll up to a car show/stop light and see the same car we have.

euro's....but some people like them, dunno why but they do

Did you show the full extension of the bags? It looked like the car never got above the ride height?

I just learned most 6" diameter double convoluted bags (typical 2500's) only have about 4"-5" of usable stroke. On the front you have the motion ratio which almost doubles the bags stroke, but not in the rear. I want to be able to pop mine up like a 4x4.

I'm considering using the Firestone F9000 sleeve bag in the back as it has 7" of usable stroke and it should be easy to mount. 2 other options are to do some modding and run a 7" or 8" diameter bag behind the axle or run a 2500 bag in front of the axle. I need to figure out some rough spring rates for each design.

i can think of 2 problems with the sleeve bag the collapsed hight is going 2 be 2 tall. u will have 2 cut more of the frame rail
and the way the rearend move from fount 2 back as it goes up and down. a sleeve bag is not made for that its made 2 go strait up and down

I don't see anything dumb about it. Do you know a better way to drop the front an extra inch?
