Default Need opinions on Ariezen seats . . . .

Seriously considering buying some Arizen seats for my 1999 Z28.

Before I plunk down $600+, I need some feedback from people who have these.

Lets face it, stock camaro seats suck. Especially ones like mine that have crushed foam on the seat bottom and are splitting at the seams. I wish GM had made something better, but I knew this was a cheap *** car when I bought it.

My Z28 is a daily driver, so I want something that is comfortable, relatively easy to get out of, and holds you in turns. I think BMW has the best seats, their sport seats they put in M3's and the M5 simply rock.

Please give your opinions please. I'm a cheap skate, so I'll get the imitation leather, btw. Are they as good as those seats???

Dude..Mark does great work and has a great product....

You not going to get a custom seat...and thats the advantage with Arziens you can get more and better than say Mad racing

I've looked at mad racing, and I really want something that will look stock, with the correct grey color and perofated leather.

MAD and arizen look exactly the same, the only difference is that arizen has the lumbar support

I've talked with Mark as well about preplanning for my seats and interior project. He was very interested in our conversation and I am definitely buying from him once I make a decision. MAD Racing is cheaper and better for the one size fits all kind of project, but Arizen has a great amount of options and can match whatever you can think up...only it will cost you. I can't wait to get rid of my stock cloth even though its in great shape @ 83k.

If you have the money get these:

and call it a day

I have had my cheaper MRC seats:

...for like a year or two now in my daily driver. They are basically new still and I still LOVE them

So, if mine are still good to go I'm sure you'd be fine with Arizens !

If I had the money I would have bought the custom Arizens... For $458 shipped to my door for real black leather though, I ain't complaining

I love mine, I added heated seats, lumbar and Ebony matched leather on the fronts. I do not have as many miles as 6litereater does on mine, but its a DD as well. They came out with alot of different options I would have liked a month after I ordered mine. Honestly I do not think he thought there might be a market in our cars for the seats. Anyway I love mine and like to pimp them out Here are a few pics of mine installed as well.

and where i mounted my switch for heat

His factory leather perforation does not match. I brought my SS over so he could compare them. The leather and vynal (sp) look the same. his leather seats only have leather on the front & sides, the back is vynal.

Really? I know factory does that but I would think for the price they'd be all leather... No vinyl in Katskins right?

99% of seats are like that. Stock seats are like that. Seats on BMW's and Benzes use vinyl on the backs.

Yeah, but aftermarket you're paying over $1000 for?

mine are that way, I thought they were not but Arizen informed me they were back in my post from last year. They use leather on the front. vinyl in the back.
