Hey guys I'm thinking about some appearance ideas for my Camaro. I was wondering if anyone has done the SS scoop stripe or scoop insert in a flat black?
My car is NBM and I think it would look really unique if it was flat black with "LS1" or "346" in white along the side of the scoop. The only other color I can think of that goes with NBM is silver, but that wouldn't suite the hood too well. Also thinking of painting the rotors black or red, getting inserts for the trunk (silver for black) and maybe the 5.7 badge from a GTO opposite the SS on the back. If anyone has something like this please share a picture

[QUOTE=95GreenZ28;9260495]That looks good too! Either way would look sharp. Flat may be a little more subtle[/QUO:TE]
that's why im doin it, my car will be unique but subtle at the same time

i think if u do the manta stripe i think you need to have the right rims to pull it off like ironhead does cuz everything about his car flows well. i think the camaro because its plain and sleek should be left plain and sleek and clean. i honestly hate stripes on the camaros. i would maybe just do some clear corners, maybe a grill, and calipers and better rims.
