Exciting news from Yank Performance Converters and GM Performance Parts
After extensive product testing, review, and evaluation Yank Performance Converters
has been selected by GM Performance Parts.
We are now an official licensed product manufacturer
of a new line of converters that will be available under the GM Performance Parts logo.
This is great news for the performance enthusiasts
as they now have the capability to purchase GM
Performance converters through any GM dealer
and Licensed Performance Parts outlet worldwide.
The converter line up will be Street, Street Rod,
Maximum Street, Street Strip, and Race.
These will be available for transmissions GM TH350/400, 4L60/70E,
4L80E, and 6L80/90. Converters will be available soon through GM Performance Parts
and the Yank Performance Converters websites.

so how will the TCM tune work as none of the current tuning suites have all the tcc tables and pressure tables figured out and we have seen many of the aftermarket 6l80e converters fry the tcc clutch in a short time if the tcc tables are not modified,,
example,,, gm 6L80e trans apply's the factory TCC at WOT but yank suggest's No WOT TCC apply for there 6L80e converters?

Does this maybe mean you've got efficiency / torque
curves for the new pieces, like you had for the older
ones (but were not available for the SS series, and
others of that timeframe, as far as I could find)? That
all, I gather, came from some collaboration with GM
back in the day.

Congrats !! Man, that would be sweet ordering your new SS Black, all power options and oh yeah....let me have that SS4000 Yank too.
