they do not come with connector pipes and they are not releasing them yet, just called pacesetter and they said they are still working on them, hopefully next week. where did you find them for 371?????

good luck with painted mild steel headers, you need at least coated ones. And you still need midpipes

and o2 extentions...

I'll wait to read reviews of this, but in the end, if its a $200 diffence between these and Kooks stainless, I'll opt for the Kooks. I hate doing crap twice.

I was excited about this, but every performance shop I talk too said pacesetters are crap...thin steel and they're not stainless.

What cars do they currently make them for? I'm guessing f-bodys? Any f-body guys care to chime in on pacesetter quality....headers are one thing I'd only like to do once.

nearly every v8 gm rwd vehicle had a pacesetter option. like them or not the more options available the better for everyone.

plus with a 3yr warranty i fail to see how its a bad deal for the money.

when i had my f-body i went with the hooker ceramic coated headers. i never heard anything bad about pacesetters really just that they were inexpensive. i wanted a name i could trust so i went with hookers!

Pacesetter is a big name with the camaro and chevy truck guys. Never heard anything bad about em! Had a set on my 01 RCSB 5.3 with some other mods and they are good bang for the buck. Mine were ceramic coated and were $500 including connector pipes and 3" O/R Y-pipe.

You gotta at least get the ceramic.

The regular ones are just going to rust like hell and look like **** in about a month.

the ceramic for 460 are a good price. + I see they have connector pipes for 72$ thats awsome price!

But stainless is still the best, lasts forever

Not sure about how exactly i feel about the topic but my buddies QTP's for his camaro were over 1k and he had then off twice alreay to be welded at the primarys and now the #1 primary has a nice hole in it, while i have seen pacesetter look pretty ugly due to surface rust i havent seen any of them have to be rewelded at the primarys.
