I used to have a Bosnian body man that worked for me years ago. He said: "here in America, your weather man has best equipment money can buy, but I don't think he has any windows". LOL

Since this is the place to post random carb'd conversation stuff: Would any of you have an idea as to where/how to start with getting an intake manifold casting produced?

Any of you have any connections with a foundry?

Give Mike Tomazewski of T/A Performance a call. He makes is own intakes, heads, blocks etc for the niche market of Buick V8 & V6 guys. He is a really good guy too.

Its 'almost' getting cheaper to cnc stuff. Especially if need little touches, as you still need to machine a lot of the castings

Good suggestion. Thank you. I'd thought of Kauffman Racing (casts Pontiac parts) and a machinist friend/Pontiac specialist is waiting to hear back from them. That's been awhile and nothing yet from them.
I am interested for a "niche" market application that would have a demand of less than 100 intakes most likely. I will try to get in touch with Mike T. and see what he thinks.

Either way it looks great to me. Can't say I prefer one over the other. What are the coil covers off of?
