@Ricky-Bobby= Thanks! Maybe there is something you can use within the 70+ pages. I have a ton of people to thank that have helped me put out fires along the way.
@game-over= Alvin is already talking to me about using an A&A supercharger as my next power goal tool. I was leaning towards NO2 but the supercharger is there all of the time. I think for now I will save up and start on the suspension, brakes, wheels, tires, etc. etc.
@futureuser= Thanks Dan! And yes it is easy to over-correct with the go-pedal! I dont know about not breaking a sweat, that **** scared me everytime he ran it through its paces on the dyno. You should have seen the rear tires standup and knot up under full throttle. I was waiting on a beauty ring or centrer cap to come flying by my head!
@bmf5150= Thank you!

Attached are the graphs. One shows the horsepower with the fuel pressure. There are two full pulls and one partial. On the other graph there are two full pulls including the air/fuel ratio. Alvin said the car ran the best at 13:1 WOT but dropped it to 12.8:1 to give me a little cushion.

The torque curve is impressive. We don't see it measured from 2000 rpm very often. The benefits of the stroker are readily apparent. This will be very fast if you can get it to hook. Are the numbers corrected?

tsnow678,
Ive read through most of your thread mainly interested in the fuel tank mod. I looked out of curiousity at the price of the pump for the 03 F350 6.8 but im coming up with a few different models. They have a California emissions and a Federal emissions, then they have one for a 142" or 156" wheelbase and one for a 137", 158" or 172" wheelbase. Do you by chance know which one you used? Prices are from $159-$242 but I mainly want to know which one I need to get to avoid issues.

Video of the final dyno run @ PCMforLess tuned by Alvin Anderson. As soon as I get the graph emailed to me I will post it. Max power is 471rwhp @ 5,700-6,200rpms and max torque is 450 peaked at 4,600-5,300rpms. The fuel pressure was a constant 58-60psi. Temps were at 95 degrees. At 3,200 she was over 400ft/lbs of torque and climbing. The torque started to fall below 400 at 6,200rpms. Nice flat torque curve!!!

To be quite honest, I would go with the Tanks Inc. setup. There are a few drawbacks to the Ford pump mod. One being the limitations of the pump itself. For around $400 you can have a brand new tank, fuel pump hanger, and sender shipped to your door minus the pump. A 255lph is plenty of pump and can be had dirt cheap nowadays. I chose the 340lph as a security measure in case I add any kind of boost or spray. At the time, there were only three options for a fuel injected tank, a Rick's, which is nice but $1400 or a Spectra, which was cheap but not made correctly, or mod your own for a reasonable price. If your serious on modding the stock tank I will be more than willing to help you. The pump you are going to need is a 2003 Ford F-350 6.8 liter midship tank, non-california emissions, with the lid that has 6 holes in it rather than a locking ring. Here is a pic of what it should look like and the part number is a Spectra SP2234M. I wouldn't buy a Spectra anything but get the equivalent say from Denso or other reputable name. If you would like for me to list the pros and cons between the new tank and a modded stock tank I will be happy to. Best of luck to you.

@ MrElectric03= No sweat. I have made some bad decisions along the way with this swap but not with the Tank Inc tank. The Ford setup worked really well and I would have not known it was losing pressure had I not had it dyno tuned. If I were to use a stock LS engine I could have probably gotten by with the Ford pump for quite some time.

WOW! That is bad *** Tony! Thanks for posting the video and congratulations on the HP numbers, nothing to be bummed about at all! Great looking car. Now if only I could find the time to get my car wired with AAW classic update kit, lol....

Thanks MisterD! Its fun to drive but it seems like every time I get in it I want to do something a little different. I wish I would have updated the harnesses in my car. Most of the wiring has been replaced but with a factory style. Still rolling with the glass fuses! Best of luck on the complete harness replacement.
