I just bought a 2000 LS-1/ 4L60E for my 1968 Chevy C-10 shortbed pickup. !2 bolt 3:73 posi gears, S&P headers, S&P bracket kits. Working on getting it all together to and start placing it into the truck. The truck has been chopped 3" and the suspension lowered 3 1/2 with a conversion to a 4-link rear bar setup.

I just spent long weekend in the garage. I pulled out old 350tpi+th700 from my 70 Camaro RS and put in LS1+t56 from 99 T/A. Still need to do new exhaust pipes and install wiring harnes what I have already reworked. And then I need to get my PCM reprogramed plus few minor things to do.... Hope to get first smoke out of the engine in few weeks....I have to thank this forum for the great help what I have got...Thanks everybody....

I am almost done with a 2000 LS1 m6 into a streetbeasts 66 shelby cobra. Has Mustang front suspension, Lincoln rear with 11 inch disks all around. Custom airbox and headers.
This website along with Brian Green has been a great help. I am into my 9th month and will install the body this weekend. I will attach photos If I can figure it out.
if I don't hurt myself this summer I will install a magnacharger this fall.

Motor and tranny are in, about 2 weeks till I see white smoke. Need the dreaded fuel fittings, Hook up PS, some wiring, swap rear, and tranny cooler lines. Oh, and an Interior.

LS1 with Electromotive tec 2 questions Hello, I am new to this list and have found it very useful. My conversion is a 1966 Vette roadster/427. Picked up an LS1 2001 out of a Vette from a friend and decided to go with this all aluminum setup instead. Mating up to a muncie 4 speed with the lakewood housing and for ignition, I want to use my old reliable electromotive setup. With two knock sensors and O2 sensors, it looks a little complicated. Electromotive didn't have much info, so what do you guys know about this stuff?

1977 Corvette LS1 T56 My 77 Corvette received an LS1 out of a 2000 SS Camaro. I went with the T56 transmission. I am in the process of doing the interior and giving it a new paint job. The pictures show that it is white but it is orange now!!

My current project is a 1966 Chevelle Convertible. I have all the parts to put it back to stock, but what would be the fun in that. I'd like to install a LS1 and 4L60E combo out of a 2002 TA. Just wondering if anyone can share some tips on making it fit. 
New Guy Gathering odds and ends for a swap. Currently 1985 buick regal limited with 3.8 V6 and three speed trans. Converting too slightly modded Ls1/4L60E, 3.73 posi 8.5 unit.
