there's quite a few of these o2 plugs....anyone know how i can tell which one is which??? i'm trying to avoid from opening up the flex tube and tracing it back...i check the faq and only see the wiring output from the red/blue connector...not the individual plugs themselves...

Well, here are some pics of a few of the connectors on the 02 LS1. These are what I could get pretty quickly. I don't have anything like your third picture. I could not get any tranny connectors, the Crank sensor, CAM sensor or either O2. I have everything else....
AC Connector

Driver side Coil

Alternator and Temperature

Air Temp

Knock sensor

MAF, TPS and IAC

Oil Pressure (you don't need this one)

Pass Coil

Hope that helps....

In the top picture, the grey on is the MAP, the other is the CAM sensor. In the lower picture, you are holding your Crank Sensor connector, it is behind the starter. I took a picture of the MAP, forgot to post it...

Good idea. I know that when our car goes in for paint and body, we are pulling the motor and trans for detail work, and plan on completely documenting the harness. It should make repairs/mods much easier in the future...

Oh, does your second pic in the first post have grn/brn wires? If so, that is your backup lamp switch on the pass side of the trans.

ok....so i sent to tinker with the harness again...found the map and cam plugs....too dark to find the crank...

these two plugs here appears to be an interior plug...becuz they are on a pigtail and has a rubber gromet in the middle of the pigtail....maybe this may help someone on here identifying this for me...
