The G-Body Swap Thread
1. Run all the power, bat and alt wiring to a rear disconnect switch.
2. Wire the Fuse box back up as I removed the whole Buick GN Engine harness.
I called Casper's and bought a new fuse block bulk head that doesn't have any of the engine wiring for the Turbo 6 in it anymore. It's looks like this.

I have already pulled some of the wiring from it. I'm not going to be running the Powermaster or the fan through it so that's gone along with a few others. I need to know what from that fuse block has to stay and where it goes. I know there is a Starter wire in there. I know the Injector feed wire I am going to use to link to my Holley Dominator power. What else will I need to run? This question is going to lead into my second question about wiring the car for the alternator shut off.

Edit:
I just noticed that it doesn't take you directly to the part I was looking at but if anyone enters that part number it does bring it up.

Please PM me so I get an email letting me know I have a notification. PayPal ready!!!
If you're using headers you'll have problems with the linkage going to the column. I just bought a kit from Shiftworks that is supposed to take care of that problem. I haven't installed it yet so...

Let's start there...what mounts are you using? I have a set of fbody manifolds and can mock them up on my Cutlass and shoot you a few pics for reference.
Dave
I'll send you a list of parts and pics (they weren't cheap but will give you a heck of a deal if you are really interested).
Dave
Could you fire me the part number you used for the Buick Lucerne PS pulley? I believe that was the route you used and I found a couple that may work...just don't want to duplicate effort you already figured out...haha.
Thanks,
Dave
