LS7 Fiero swap
#422
Wow what an epic Fiero build and one of the top LS1 swaps for the year unquestionably!
I have to say I'm not a fan of the wheels, being so tall they just keep the car way up high and theyre not needed in such a big diameter to clear any brakes, I would've run some 17/18 or 18/19 combo and tried to get an additional inch lower to the ground if possible, especially with a choptop car thats so short overall in height. just my 2cents.
man I cant believe all the work into this car, so much showcar stuff with the bling and shine and custom parts but also some serious driver freindly parts like the brake upgrade and beefy trans (I hope it works out ok!) as well as the widebody, what a superb car.
props to your shop and the customer too, also its nice to see you maturely deal with the idiotic trolls this thread brought out of the woodwork, what a bunch of idiots and crazies.
I've always loved the Fiero and think a more mild bodywork style w/ LS1 would be a great car, I'm big into autox and HPDE's so it would be cool to explore weight redux methods although I hear the chassis is superheavy and difficult to lighten.
again, what a tremendous thread/car/work/build, LOVE IT!

Staging Lane
Bump to see how the car is holding up. I followed this build thread from when it was first posted, and was curious to see if this car is being enjoyed like it was meant to be enjoyed...
