I used these instructions - since you don't have the gauge, ignore that part of the wiring and calibration.

Long *** link

Thanks for the link.. I got pissed and stopped messing with it though lol.. Maybe tonight. I'm hoping I can pick some more power up from the tune.. It hasn't ever had its AFR looked at or been on a dyno...

Here are my slips from the other night BTW

I want to try and max out my motor power wise stock internal, here are some things on my mind, any thoughts?

- EWP (on its way)
- Switching to 1 7/8ths headers
- Wrapping the new headers
- Bigger lid
- FAST 90/90 (or 92 etc)
- Full dyno tune

The bad about all this though, is that its A LOT of money, and it could net me ZERO power

It could, selling what you have would negate alot of the cost though. And you WILL gain power, how much is a crap shoot. I would start with that list, if you go to a bigger motor in the future its all stuff you should have anyway

I agree.. I've been kicking around the numbers and selling my stuff like you said I wouldn't be in anything too bad..

With all of that stuff I would hope to pick up at least 10-20hp though..

I really need to figure out my Wideband!!!!!

just wire it in to regular power and ground, i wouldnt trust using that O2 wiring myself, those things actually draw quite a bit of power

I have HP tuners and have messed with it some but without a wideband i obviously can't really do anything. I leaned it out slightly though as a few guys advise to do bc they come rich from the factory..

I dropped the 32# from the k-member alone.

Worked on the car more today, will post some pics of stuff later tonight.

Sorry if I missed it earlier but what are you expecting your race weight to be now?

My best guess is around 3090-3100 with the 56# I just removed. I really need to get it on a scale in race trim, but test and tune never has it open.

I should be able to pull around 50-70# more out of it, without touching the doors, glass, airbags/ dash, brakes, AC or heat...

EDIT: that's also with stock weight rear rims and tires, so you could add whatever weight savings 28in ET drags on a 15in Prostar or similar would be to the 50-70#.

How's the road noise with the lightweight carpet? That 60' is killing you but that's a pretty wicked trap speed.

You can definitely hear the road more, but it doesn't bother me one bit... What is awful however are my rod ends. I bought some Polly ends to put on soon hopefully.

What's killing me is my stock rearend. The 60' is only bad bc I take off like a grandma..

Unless I break, the trap speed should get better this Thursday, with the 70-80 more pounds I'll have out of it, plus the weather is going to be amazing!
