Drag radial recommendation

Drag radial recommendation What's up fellas looking for a little advice on what size radial to go with for my setup and what brand. Im currently running a mt 315/45/16 on a 16x10. These tires were a couple years old and i only managed a 1.7 out of them. I like the ccws but i want to switch back to 15s for the endless possibility of available tires.
All suspension is tubular afco da's up front and qa1 sa's in the rears. Spohn ta, wolfe anti roll.
Im going to order one piece alumastars up front and 15x10 rts for the rear. When the car was h/c/n2o i ran a 275/50/15 mt radial and managed a 1.5 spraying a few feet out. I really liked the way they hooked but im not sure if they would be enough for my current set up. I now have a 408 and with a 200 shot it made around 730hp. Id like to be able to order a tire that wil hook good i know it will take some adjustment of the suspension and shocks but i really dont like the way a slick feels on the big end.
Right now im looking at the hoosier 275/60/15, the new mt 275x if they ever become readily available or a mt 295/55/15.
Any and all suggestions would be greatly appreciated. I also considered just ordering another set of tires for the 16s or stepping up to the 28" radial for the 16s but i think the benefit of more sidewall and tire choices from going to a 15 would be more beneficial.

I'd check out Goodyear's 275/60/R15 drag radial too.. They are cheaper than MT's & weigh less (26lbs vs 33lbs).. Saw an article on a turbo stang cutting 1.25 60's with them.. I've got them on my car & they look really good.. Just need to finish the build & take it to the track to see what they can do.

Either the Hoosier 275/60(what I have always used) or I am like you, if I could get my hands on the new 3574x I'd buy them.
If you want to street drive the 15's and get any kind of life out of them use the old 3574's, but if you don't care at all get the Hoosier or new M/T.
The Hoosiers and new M/T's rule over all on a sub-par surface. Hell even on a perfect surface they are still heads above the other radials out there.
