I lost 3.5 lbs of fiberglass out of my doors, dremeled and hole sawed I just got done cutting a lot of fiberglass out of my car doors for a combined weight of 3.5lbs. it still has enough structure to hold the window just fine. I just could not believe I would be able to get that much out of there.

looks good looks like you got a little more than I did out of there. I didn't want to cut out the area were the speakers mounted in case I wanted to put the radio back in one day but I most likely won't but just in case lol.
did you remove the bracket at the rear of the door when you took out your door bars?(the one that the door catches on)
