Thanks guys!
Wayne,
**** no, we got to the lane and he asked again. Told him I was going to earn it and he was going to need to go 90s to get the money. Ricky is a good guy.
Smith,
Thanks man, I've been meaning to get over and check you guys out, heard your car was rolling last night.

And for last night....
Density altitude 2150
83 degrees/73% humidity
1st test hit
Car drove right, had to pedal
1.33 60' 5.31 @ 147
1st qualifier - added alittle power
Car drove right again, had to pedal
1.30 60' 5.24 @ 147
2nd qualifier - added alittle power again
Car drove right again - had to pedal
1.28 60' 5.29 @ 147
Eliminations 1st round:
Drew Francis Johnson, ran consistent 4.9s all night, Car went dead straight, treed him on the line and never looked back - needs way more power in the middle
1.30 60' 5.11 @ 148
Semi Finals:
Tough round against Al Marlow that had been running consistent 4.9s all night. We both dropped in, we left together and never saw marlow, apparently marlow spun 30' out.
1.32 60' 5.01 @ 151
Finals:
Was a tough race, lined up, fox was taking his time staging. I rolled in and lit the top bulb as soon as I saw him moving I jumped on the 2 step and dropped in. We left together 1.25 to 1.28 60', I had drove around him by the 330' and out the back. Car still wants more power, it felt like the wheels were 3' in the air 150' out.
1.28 60' 4.97 @ 151
A/F was only in the 9.5-9.6 range down track

we def had a good night last night. Not because anything was going right(we fought hard all night). The car responded nicely to every change we made and picked up every run.We pretty much had the same tune up in the car the last 3 runs.Phil did a great job of driving. In a couple more passes we should be running 80's with no problems.

How impressive this is!!! To realize that this car has very few passes on it and it runs the way it does is just incredible. Hats off to Phil and the guys at Virginia Speed!! Good work and a nice win gentlemen!!!

Dave,
Thanks man! Last week, we made 5 passes
1 - forgot to turn on the AMS-1000
2 - Tossed the fuel pump belt
3 - Spun on the hit
4 - Spun on the hit
5 - Spun on the hit
We missed the hit by 100-200rpms and changing of our staging routine caused the issue. Shawn and I are very pleased.
