working on price, they will work on pretty much any car, they don't hang out nor are they tight to the block. #1 and #2 come straight down

Kirkey Seat(16" wide pro-street): 200 shipped with black cover new condition

TCI LS1 Flex plate(399753) $125 shipped

as long as your a good fabricator you can get/make headers pretty cheap... but if its a tight space with a BBC in a lowered stock suspension car... i'll gladly pay someone else to make the damn things...

weld some... put on car... take off.... weld some... put on car... take off
repeat above 150x per header..... lol

I know what your saying. I made a jig off my last ones so it shouldn't be too bad. The Collector/v-band will need to be tack'd in the car.

Never know. I want to have a firm handle on reading the track and make sure the car is consistent. I'd like to have 4-5 tuneups before we start travelling.

i dont understand why it matters that you haven't went to several tracks.... with a new car i only go to tracks that i know have good prep and wide lanes with good emergency services....

sounds like your playing it safe and doing the same.... it only makes sense to give the car several runs on the same surface when its a new setup that way you can tell if its the car or the different track ...

If I lived close to MIR I probably wouldn't travel anywhere either. That place is killer, definately one of my favorite tracks to race on. The 8 hour ride one way and the 250 bucks in tolls each way just kills me from going back on any regular basis.

With the turbo setup...cecil, capitol, MIR, and memphis...Other than Cecil, I actually travel more than 15 minutes to go racing

I work on Fridays and have taken off to come race real street at MIR so don't give me that "he works on Saturdays" routine

Just busting Phil's *****...dunno how he plans to learn how to "read tracks" when he's only been on one...and a very good one at that

Maybe he's just scared to run on a hot track (he was the one asking for a "nighttime track rental")

a couple other things to think about

Not only does Phil need to get off work-so does his crew-he's not married to his crew like some other people

I have raced at just about every track on the east coast-i think we can figure out the tracks

Not scared of a hot track-just nothing for use to learn from a hot track at this point-we have been out twice this year and only 4 times last year-we just finally got a handle on the new set up last race-once we get some more data in a controlled enviroment, i.e same track under same conditions, and know exactly what the car will do when we change stuff,we can go other places.Until that point in time,it wouls be foolish to go all over the place in changing conditions every week and not learn anything

You're reading way too much into this

I wish I had the luxury of only running night-time when I finished my car...

BTW...we all work too...I'm not the only one taking off...how else could we be buying those killer VA Speed motors

I sent Phil the book on how to read a track but he just wanted the cliff notes.
