Unfortunately I could never muster up more than a short block for a back up and the parts were not even mine. Oh well, SOMEBODY will have a seasoned short block ready to go with all the what not to do's sorted out if he can get his car done one day!

I must have missed the pics...
if it don't fit-make it.Due to some deck height differences in the mock up engine for the intake,and the actual engine,the intake would have sit too high using intake gaskets making the ports not line up.So i just machined oring grooves around the intake ports solving the problem.With that done i can pretty much finish this thing up,just need to bolt down the valley cover and install the cam postion sensor.
Other than the head gaskets,there are no gaskets in this entire engine,everything else is oringed,making mantainance much,much easier and cheaper.
