Thumbs up 423rwhp/405rwtq cam-only A4 w/ MWC 9"...with graph!

Took the car to Patrick Guerra this weekend to have him work his magic on the car. It is a cam/bolt-on car using one of his custom grind cams. Overall I am extremely impressed with the results. Pat and Kurt are awesome guys to deal with. Couldn't have been more pleased!

Mods on the car:
98mm FTP lid
85mm maf
NW92mm tb
FAST 90 intake (Ported by Cartek)
BBK 1 3/4 headers with 3"-4" flowmaster Y-pipe and 4" Vibrant muffler
SLP Pulley
SVO 30lb injectors
FLT Level IV 4L60E w/ Circle-D 4000 converter
MWC 9" 3.89s
Pat G/EPS 230/234 .600/.612 110+2

Patrick also tuned the car when it was bolt-ons. The results on that were 364rwhp/348rwtq on a 10-bolt w/ 3.73s. The only changes done to the car now was just the cam and the rearend so it gained 59rwhp and 57rwtq with pretty much just a cam.

I will try and post the graph some time today.

Much thanks to Patrick and Kurt!

Here's the graph. It's still stock compression with stock 241 heads shifting at 6400.

Nice torque! But what made you want to shift at 6400 when ur starting to lose power at about 6100? Judging by the graph it looks like ur at approximately 410rwhp at 64-6500. Just saying, not knit-picking just curious. Good numbers off a 230 cam tho

if you notice on the graph he is still making more power at 6500rpm than he would be at the RPM the engine falls to after the shift, good times are about making the most average power over the full run

so by shifting after peak HP the engine still makes more power longer and when the shift does occur, the engine falls to a higher HP point than it would have shifting earlier so it still averages even more HP over the time of the run

No track times yet...the car went 11.9@113 bolt-ons with a 1.74 60ft (best was a 1.55). I think the car had a 11.5X in it with bolt-ons, but decided to throw the cam in it. I may run it this friday though!

Haven't got everything in yet. Hoping for 450+ with a stalled A4 and TEA Stage 2 LS6 heads. The lobe profile/combo is a good one.
