You never did mention your compression bro. It could be a bit low to take full advantage of your cubes. Also not knowing the cam specs ain't never good eithier. Could be some power left there also. I agree with you your car should be making around 520 or so to the tire easily.

Compression ratio and cams specs will help in knowing how much power is left. Also, you'll need to get the heads ported to maximize your setup. Don't be too discouraged, w/o a MAF, and the fact that it was as hot as it was changes a lot in the tune and dynoing.

Not near enough info to even make an assumption.

What kind of dyno?

How much timing?

What was the A/F?

Can you provide a data log and dyno graph with A/F plotted? Or A/F in a data log?

Compression and cam specs. Without knowing these, hard to tell what the engine SHOULD make.

I'm surprised it made that much through a y pipe and stock heads. Sounds right to me. Open the exhaust and heads, and you'll see 50-70 more horsepower.

Really not bad #s for a stock head car. The 418Ci only helps if you have the ability to use it. You have an LS3 with an unknown camshaft making almost 500HP. I say good job. What made you expect more?

We make these numbers with H/C stock cubic inch stock bottom end LS3's.

Our office mangers 416 with PRC CNC'd stock casting LS3's we built with every single part being used down to the camshaft and nothing done specific for the combination made 520/485 to the tires through a y-pipe.

Something is off for sure, it could be the cam, it could be the compression it could be the dyno it's on, it could be the tuner etc. etc. etc.

Not a lot of information given.

Also, if this is an automatic transmission I can see the numbers being OK. A decent 416 LS3 with a six speed behind it should be higher by at least 20rwhp IMO.

I personally don't think that is too bad considering it still has stock heads on it. With the little information given I wouldn't be too upset about the result. Remember dyno results are the end all be all when it comes to how much power a car makes.

Without knowing the intake, cam specs, compression and it having stock heads those are not bad numbers.

A longer stroke isn't going to really give that much more top end hp, especially if you don't have the cam and headflow. But it will increase torque all over the rpm range.

So I'm not surprised of those numbers. It's basically a cammed stock heads LS3 with a bunch more torque under the curve from the longer stroke. High 400s for that seems fine.

Agree with what everyone else, also the specific dyno and DA and heat , drivetrain setup, such as rotational mass killers, ie;stall converter , heavy rims, big dr's...etc..have alot to do with numbers! JUST RUN IT!

Without knowing the cam specs I don't think anyone can help you...

You're choking that motor with stock LS3 heads. Have them CNC ported, or go with a TrickFlow 235cc head and you'll pickup a ton of power.

LOL. . More info needed. Compression., cam specs. dyno as others have said . That said, it probably more power than I'll ever have.
