Default TrickFlow/Vengeance Racing 521/464 Dyno Graph Inside

First of all, let me say I am posting this in the DYNO SECTION of LS1Tech. I am posting to share the results of a package we completed late last week. This information is a result of a 12 hour install/Dyno Tune.
Again, this car was JUST completed. The customer is still breaking in the clutch before he gets crazy on the street OR the track..... That being said, there are NO Trap speeds to go with this dyno yet...

That being said, Vengeance Racing/TrickFlow do it again!!!!!

Customers car is C5 Z06 346 cubic inch LS6

Modifications Include:

TrickFlow 215cc Cylinder Heads (Milled to 58cc)
Vengeance Racing Vindicator Camshaft (240/244)
Stock GM Head gaskets/Bolts
FAST 90mm Ported by Vengeance Racing
LS2 90mm Throttlebody ported by Vengeance Racing
Harland Sharp Roller Rockers (1.7)
LG Longtubes with NO CATS (Notice the famous LG torque)
B&B Catback (Bullits for a Vette)
Spec Lightweight clutch kit
Mezierre Electric waterpump
ARP Rod Bolts
ASP Pulley
Honker Induction

We recently did another Vette with this same package and he produced 503rwhp on OUR dyno. Several weeks later he went to his OWN dyno in Alabama and made 513rwhp in cooler air. The difference between packages was the addition of the electric waterpump and the spec light weight clutch on this Z06.. The other Z06 has a (Heavy) Textralia clutch kit and stock waterpump

For the bench racers... If the #s seem too high knock 50 off the baseline and knock 50 off the gains.... Either way you look at it we picked up 170rwhp and 116 lb ft of torque.....

Vengeance Racing would like to thank you all for your continued support!!!!

Thank you Ron to post again your very good results, with some details added...

One practical question and one technical if you don't mind.

The first one is about tuning, I would like to know if with the Honker induction you kept the MAF on and working?

The second one is about amount of the labor you put on the bill for this package from the moment the car enter your garage to the moment where the car is leaving your garage?

Florida is not that far away !!!

The car still has a stock MAF and it is functioning 100%

Labor on this particular car was 1250.00 plus 475.00 for dyno Tuning....

That's just impressive compare to what I paid.

Are the rod bolts change plus the clutch change included in this price?
I guess no, but very interested!!!

Yes,

Rod Bolts/clutch were both included in the pricing.... Its kind of hard to charge a customer 400.00 in addition to what they are paying when the entire driveline is on the ground just to put a clutch in....

Also included wiring the Mezierre

Can't wait to see these cars at the track. Curious as to how you are able to get such high torque numbers down low from a large camshaft in a 346?

This my sound kind of like a dumb question but I have to ask on the tuning does that include drivability tuning?

Ron your combo's are awsome I wish this stuff was around 2 years ago. It seems that I have the Famed around 450rwhp and now there are famed 500rwhp. Will your cam fit my AFR 205/59cc heads?

I dont honeslty think it would do any better than your X3(234/242 600 610 112) Maybe 1-5 peak?

I look at all the power patrick g is getting out of small cams. Don't get me wrong I love my set up love how it pulls on the street love how it lopes It's mean but I think it is kind of old technology compared to the stuff that is coming out now. I know it's not just the cam either those trickflow heads are amazing. I like to try new things as well I'm going to have patrick spec me a cam next off season. I'm looking for another cam as well to compaire and was interested in one of Ron's. I may be in the market for a ms4 too. I don't think the ms4 would fit with out fly cutting though. Im a car guy im never satisfied I always want more.

Hey Guys,

What would be a good 1/8 mile trap speed for a setup like this in a Z06 with stock gears. I'll be running 26x11.50x16 et streets on the back.

02 Z06

Trickflow heads, Vengeance custom cam, Kooks Longtubes, off road x-pipe , Borla cat-back,ported Ls2 90mm Tb and Vengenace Racing Ported Fast 90mm intake , textrilla clutch !

505 rwhp 443 rwtq

anything 100+ mph would be good. I bet you get above 105 with that power.
