I wouldn't have a problem learning it... problem is noone up this way knows the info like I think you have to in order to really utilize it... at least not people I know/trust to give me accurate info on that sort of thing.

I started doing this stuff in the 80's,only thing i knew about was tuning carbs and reading plugs. If you want to keep up in today's world you need to step up and learn new things-otherwise you're just falling behind.I knew nothing about fuel injection in 99 when i bought my first FAST system(it was speedpro back then)anyway i fumbled thru it and went low 8's pretty quickly with my procharged setup.

my last point would be just cause you don't understand something, don't say you don't believe in it-that means you have a closed mind and aren't willing to learn new things.

I hear what you're saying... but with noone to learn the stuff from it's not an easy thing to jump into. There's not too many people that have a good handle on this stuff... and if there is up this way.. I don't know them.

I believe it probably is a limiting factor... but until I have someone that wants to actually spend the time to go over all this type of stuff so I have a handle on it and can get up to speed I'm stuck in the stone age.

At this point I am probably gonna have no choice. Bad part about that: the 4 or 5 motor's that I'll go thru before I figure out WTF any of it means.

It is what it is. I'll do what has to be done, same as everyone else that's learned from scratch.

I mean yeah sure I could pay someone to just tune it and be done with it, I mean Job Spetter's a big check away if I wanted to do that route.... but I'd rather not have my **** locked so I can't change anything when I need to.

Not whining.. just stating it's gonna make for a long friggin process. Is what it is... chances are the whole gear driven supercharger won't even work/make the power I hope it will anyway. Hell I can see getting this whole thing done and not going a lick faster.

Hey. Might take me a lifetime to get it done and running right, but if that's what it takes, it's what it takes.

Done deal. I'm just waiting on a couple things to get figured out and I'm gonna pull the trigger and drop a nut on some parts probably in the next couple weeks, old tranny is already gone, if I could get the motor sold I'd set the appointment with the chassis guy tomorrow.

Right, were going to 16 injectors and running a TON of C16. There will be no methanol in my car this year.
