I'm pretty sure the procharger setups are waaay simpler then most turbo setups lol. Less stuff to worry about lol. I like to install and go (for the most part)...not spend time tryin to figure out e-boost2's and crazy gizmo's as such lmao

As for boost.... Im staying Procharger..... with the right combo there is no need to switch over to a turbo. If I had to do it all over... I wouldve grabbed a F1 instead of a D1.

Turbos are great... but IMO the Centri SC is where its at.

If this is the case, Why is it you only see turbo and roots setups on production cars? Again Im not BASHIN centri setups, I had a p1sc from 2001-2005. Don't get you panties in a wad when I say sc's are a poor mans turbo because they are. I did not mean it as if they are cheap, but it is fact that a quality turbo setup is going to be almost double a centri setup. If centri sc setup's were the same cost as a turbo setup, nobody would **** with them, THE END...Now lets get this thread back on topic...

i agree to disagree. If you look at KYTP kits, you can get a complete kit for $3500. A d1 kit from EPP is $6500+. Yea you can get some turbo kits that are $10k+ for personially i think its all about the bling factor at that point or if u need to make well over 1000hp. I got rid of my turb set-up because i love the simplicity of the procharger and how you tune the car like a NA car.

But yea back on topic, Dont care about turbo talk, wanna talk procharger set-ups n pictures for eye candy!!

Wow thats cheap for a turbo kit! Is that a ebay kit or something? If it's a complete well built kit, then I eat my words lol. But anyways, I agree the procharger is alot easier to install and tune, thats the exact reason I bought one back in the day. Unfortunately I had alot of problems with mine, because it was a early lt1 p1sc kit that needed lots of revisions and basically left a bad taste in my mouth. Great thread tho, lets see some more pics!!

Yea I have an idea, but your taking what I said the wrong way lol! Ive been around forced induction for 9yrs, so I know what it costs. I was not ever implying that procharger is cheap, but it does cost less than most quality turbo builds. Now lets drop this ****, I was just messing around, Prochargers make Great Power, I HAD ONE BACK IN 2001 lol! Sorry for even bringin this subject up Taubr!!!!

Hey taubr, where did you get the bracket from? Is it just a modified bracket that comes with a procharger kit or what?

Make sure you have hardened bolts holding that blower drive pulley on the crank pulley, I snapped one off with 3 hardened bolts and 3 steel ones.

Here is some of the car I recently sold. Pics were taken by me, and videos by myself or my friends:
