OK guys, need a little help here...I'm mounting the twin intercoolers, and the instructions say to drill two hole in the radiator support to mount the intercoolers with. I lined the intercoolers up and marked the holes for the mount, but...how the hell do you get the bolts in there to mount the intercoolers up to? The instructions say to "drop the bolts in from the top side", but there's nowhere to drop them in from? Can't figure out how I'm going to get the bolts to drop down onto those holes...need some help here. Thanks.

I am having a hell of a time with this. I can't even get the bolts anywhere close to the holes I drilled. There has got to be an easier way or something I'm missing here...

Man, I finally got the intercoolers mounted and all the piping routed. That driver's side was a major pain in my ***. Just have to get the inlet hat mounted, tighten all the clamps, and swap injectors now...

On a side note...anyone know if the the "Procharger" emblem on the polished plenum is replaceable? Mine's worn down and kind of looks like crap...

"LS6 block, AFR's and 93. Its very low CR 7.8:1."
Which AFR heads? what u got done to them? and what head gaskets you using?

I am running a LS6 block too, with a DM bottom end girdle + stud kit, it is a later 04 block they were used in the GTO's and 04 ZO6 vettes i heard. The later 04 block is built like a LS2, its uses the shorter head studs (so the studs dont go into the water jackets) = more strength, and it uses LS2 rear cover, so basicialy i have a LS2 with 5.7 holes in it ,

i just picked up a procharged trans am. Stock engine, 7 psi made 486rwhp. The car has lts and exhaust as well along with a 12 bolt and 411 gears. It runs rich at idle, to the point where i can smell the fuel, is this normal? Im wondering if i should invest in another tuned. Car hasnt been tuned since 2006. Can i make anymore power safely? I know it still has the ls1 intake on it. How many guys run over 7 psi on a stock engine?

I ran 8 psi for years and recently stepped up to 10 psi back in November. Here is a thread I started and there is another even better thread linked in this one. My car is not run hard very often, has only been to the track 3 times, and only has 11,200 miles... so I am not the best endurance test example.

Me to , i was at 10 psi for 3 years , Spraying meth of course, i wouldnt do it with the methanol injection, I know of others running 12psi (on a GTO) with a magnacharger spraying meth into it , i think 12 psi is pushing it

7-8 psi "good" tune ,
9-10 psi "good"tune and meth injection.

I ran 9psi without meth on 853 heads, stock comp, a aftermarket cam, LS6 intake and a decent fuel system with a very good tune (ryne@cms hooked it up). I made around 585rwhp and 550ish tq. I ran that for over 40K and all is still fine lol. I just went to methanol and love it though. The added security is nice.
