Procharger guys

Once again, need a little help here guys...posted this in the Fueling and Injection forum and got no response...
I'm installing Siemens 60lb injectors, and there are two grooves on each injector for the little clip the holds the injector in the fuel rail to fit into. I put the clip on the first three or so injectors on the top groove before I realized I might be installing them wrong. Does the clip need to go in the top or bottom groove? Not even sure I can press the fuel rail down far enough to reach the bottom groove, but thought I'd ask before I screw something up.

sorry for the big pic i dont know how to make it smaller
i made a thread and a couple people commented i try elsewhere, it's a procharger related question
--------------
I'm new to boost, i got a supercharger setup off my neighbors EFI 502 boat and it came with this procharger regulator FV006A2 and i e-mailed tech support at procharger and they were no help at all.
it's hard to see but there are two nipples on the unit, one on top and one just below the diaphragm. i need to know if i put both of these to intake vacuum, do i need a check valve on one? how does it work, I've never seen a secondary nipple on a FPR before.
any help would be appreciated.
thanks in advance,

Right, I was saying it could be used as either a boost reference out of the top port or as a N/A setup pulling vacuum out of the bottom port. If you are wanting to run both ports for some reason, you would want your one way check on the bottom one obviously.

Well I guess it is time to post up a little update on mine. Well I Finally got the car running and took it out for a quick spin tonight to make sure things are ok. Still needs tuned but that will be happening over the next week or 2. Here is a run down
The last 2 years the car was a forged 347. Stock crank, Callie's rods and -8.6cc dished Diamond Pistons. The Motor had stock heads, 224/232 .581/.595 115 lsa cam with stock ls6 intake, ALKY control, 1 7/8 Kooks and 4" mufflex exhaust. Car put down 676rwhp through a M6 and MWC fab 9 at about 14psi. Car went 10.33@136mph with clutch issues@ 3525lbs.
The new setup:
Same 347 short block 243 heads with sodium intake valves and 1.60 exhaust valves that I ported. 235/251 .621/.624 115Lsa Comp LSR blower cam, Victor JR and Swapped to a TH400. Pulley combo is the same as before 7.25/3.7 as last year but I have a 3.4 waiting to get installed. once I see what it does like this.
Cage gets Certified this Saturday so I should be hitting the track in about 3 weeks to shale this thing down. I can't wait. Here is a start up and idle video from tonight
