What settings did you have in the afco's? If you want you can PM me what you used. Are you still on the 325's?
I finally got my car hooking after adding then nitrous and have it repeating itself with 1.30-1.35 60's which aren't bad, but I was having low bottle pressure problems and pulling timing too early to get it out of the hole like it really should.

But first off man congrats on the 6.0 et, thats the fastest ive gone in my car also was 6.0 119mph.
Now i have 80lb hr injectors on 60psi base boost ref 1.1 and im at 100% at 811rwhp on e85 at 10.75 afr with a stock ls2 and a pt88.
So i cant see how your maxing out 160's! thats crazy, are you just that low of base fuel pressure? I know your making good power and are around 300 more rwhp them me but it just seems nuts. Im about to upgrade to 127's and keep my fuel pressure the same. Ive also added 100hp wet shot but havent tune that in yet.
Anyways im really jealous how you 60' so well, ive always had problems in that area. I think the only thing im lacking is a good set of double adjustables as im just on comp eng 3 ways. Are you on stock springs still? Whats your race weight? Whats your 330 also? Im confused how we run the same et/mph and your .20 faster in the 60' ft.
Sorry im asking alot, just your car is the closet to my car and i dont have much people to talk to about this stuff around here.
Also, just fyi i think you went threw the same as me but backwards, i had a stall that was too tight(only stalled to 3300 on my trans brake) so i loosened it to 4000 and i went .20 slower on my et. Same rpm accross the line on the 1320 but slower all around.

That was the prime question i had for Chuck @ Burkhart. He said set the afcos all the way tight then back them off 18 on top and 22 on bottom. Tire pressure @ 18 psi, and like magic she went the best 60ft its ever seen off the footbrake. Thats why if I need something and Burkhart sells it, I buy it from him!!!!!
I run full tight(24-25 on the bottom) and anywhere between 12-18 on extension on a marginal to normal track. When I'm on a great track which our's has been pretty good lately I can tighten it up to around 20(we have 38-40 adjustments on extension IIRC).
What do you run your fronts at? Exactly the same?
I have my tire pressure at 18.0-18.5 also. I got my baseline settings from Chuck and adjusted them from there.
