i think i found the only flaw with the turbo today. the 10an flange i got for it sits way too close to the compressor housing.
But before all the buzzards start swooping in for the kill let me put a shock gun blast to your sqarming asses lol
simply put, alot of bigger turbos have this issue when it comes to using big drains with an fittin.
the solution which i already orderd is an angled 10an flange that give you more room to thread on your an fittings. problem solved.

Well, I talked to Racetronix. I ordered their HotWire Kit. It will replace my stock wiring from front to rear with heavy 10 guage wire. Plug and play setup for less than $100 shipped. http://www.racetronix.biz/itemdesc.a...%2D017&eq=&Tp=

According to them, " AM340 is more than enough for your HP level. You have voltage, plumbing or installation issues. " Hopefully this will keep my voltage where it needs to be and allow the pump to function to it's full rated capacity. Will let you know if it helps.

I immediately back off, but this gets me thinking if my fuel pump cannot handle the amount of fuel I need on this setup. I'm running an Aeromotive 340 (just one). I'm wondering if I'm pushing the boundary on it's capability for a single fuel pump on stock wiring and fuel lines.

What are the 600+ rwhp guys running for fuel systems? I'm thinking of going with the Kenne Belle Boost-A-Pump setup. Would rather not have to run new lines or add a second pump.
a1000 pump. -10 feed -8 return. seems to be plenty of fuel.

Those who have the non bb turbo, did your oils supply flange have a hole .063" or was it 1/8" ( same size as hose). I have the .o63 and I think its for the bb turbo.

I heard only so much about the Turbo. The things that go bad after a while would be the seals. The bov and w/g are terrible though.

just google it, alot of thread comes up from corral (a mustang board) A guy bought one, took it apart and the valve didnt seal or even come close to lining up and the diaphram was all pinched

http://forums.corral.net/forums/turb...ty-issues.html

This makes me worried about the turbo's! I know people are having luck now but who is to say the quality doesnt drop since they are selling so many now!

On3 quotes the T76 being able to support 700hp.

Get two and call it a day Seriously I was planning to do twin 76mm on a 5.3, my buddy IS doing twin 70mm on his 5.3. The turbines on these are not that big. I think twins on a LS9 would be pretty killer. The other thing I think would be fun would be the twin 68mm ball bearing units they offer.
