I could imagine not using a FMIC for the matter of not having to hack up the car, and remove the front plate and fogs and ****, but there's no way I would go without one if I was going to boost my car.

Need more information. How much power are you wanting to make? Is your engine stock? If it is stock then you dont need to mess with your oil pump. Injectors will depend on your desired power level and future desire of power level. Fuel pump is in the same boat..either a single 255 or twin 255s are pretty standard. Meth kits...Alky Control makes an great kit...but its pricey. Brutespeed has lots of pictures of the sidemount setups that you can take a look at. As far as the front mount and hacking the car up....i did none of those things. I actually have a thread called frontmount running. I am keeping my fogs with no problem, you just have to figure out how to do it.

If you were running a mild setup I suppose you could just run 2 meth nozzles and no IC. Might get flamed on that one though.

indeed i dotn wanna hack up the front bumper cuz this will still be a dd from day to day.

i want the sepeated intercoolers. figured id set them below the DRLs in those hole.
but im looking for something that will work with a stock ls1 and stock T56 with a Monster 3 clutch and i will have a moser 9" with LCAs, PHB, SFC, Torque Arm, although my springs and shock selection arent the best for strip (bilstein or konis with stranos). as for the ride quality... poly bushings right?

My setup - hasn't changed too much since then.

You don't have to go FMIC if you don't want to. Just make your own intercooler and notch the radiator support. It will fit fine.

You can get the Cx Racing for cheaper than the procharger twins. Just call Bob and tell him to delete them. Save yourself some cash and put it in the fuel or a good bracket/pulley setup. Their are a few guys on here also that are making custom Firebird Logo'd screens that really look great, although I personally think the look of a shiny FMIC really sets the car off. Anyways, here are a few shitty pics I took during the install. Should give you an idea of what you are looking at or getting into. There is alot of good info on here.

there are lots of dealers that are dependable. but bob is an asset. service after the sale is what counts. his attention to the details is def on par. hes not just a dealer. he is also an f body junkie just like you and me with tons of experiences with different setups.

at least get 60lb injectors. ditch the twin intercoolers for the fmic and just dont cut the hole. it will still out perform them and you wont have to have an intake plenum, you can just run the solid pipe to the intake which looks alot better and cleaner to me. less room for boost leak too.

Worth it for what?

How much money do you have to blow right now? I saw your shopping list... Are you trying to build this all at once?

I think you need to do a lot more research, seems you are in over your head.
