Angry On3 performance buyer beware!!!

I want to warn everybody about On3 Performance. I purchased a 76mm turbo, 44mm wastegate, and 60lb injectors from them in march. The tips of the injectors were clearly machined through too far from the manufacturer creating large holes or cuts in them. The company said they will not refund my money on them because they are used; but how else to you find out things are bad until you try them? The waste gate came with no fire ring and when they shipped me the new one it was .035 bigger than the hole it goes in. They told me to clean the hole and use something large to beat it in there. And finally the turbo has leaked oil into both sides through the seals since the moment it started up. I had a 1/8" restrictor on the inlet side of the oil and a 5/8" return line like they stated it needed to operate. They insist that none of these errors are their fault and they will not refund my money. They even said they require a restocking fee to return these faulty parts; which sounds to me that they will be puting these parts back on the shelves and selling them to somebody else. So I am trying to spread the word to protect other future victims from this shady operation.

I can vouche for there 60mm wg being junk. Sob leaks around the valve when the car is idling.

I hate to sound like a dick but what do you expect from a company that is selling cheap Chinese parts? I think it's generally accepted that their products are average but don't expect wow service from them... just my opinion. If you want that, buy from Turbosmart, Turbonetics, or ANY LS1 Tech sponsor, etc.

"You get what you pay for."

There's a reason why I don't have any of their parts on my car, and it's not because I'm stuck up and need the brand name.

Ordered a 76mm turbo and WG from them a while back, no fire ring, was told it would be mailed seperately. Still don't have my fire ring, now going on a few months.

I will say there were pleasant enough on the phone and was helpful when I called back, but I still don't have the fire ring.

This is no good to hear and terrible customer service! I can source the turbos not through them so I have not dealt with their service. If product issues pop up with the turbos I will have to reconsider supplying them, but I have had nothing but great success from the turbos along with my customers (can't speak for their gates or injectors however).

I called On3 last week to ask them about turbos and tell him my setup, he seemed like a dick. I called them again monday hoping to talk to someone else, but it was the same guy. I had a question bout a feed line setup, but once I told him it was for a LS series motor, he said "I can't help you". crappy customer service!

Pretty close! I can do $375 shipped, or $425 shipped with the oil feed and drain line fittings. Oil feed fitting has a built in restrictor for the turbo and the drain has a needed angle flange to clear the compressor housing. -4an and -10an respectively!

I am planning a turbo sale. I thinking about $50 off any turbo and maybe free shipping too. IDK yet it depends. I think I could do it if there was a group of you guys.

As far as an alternator relo kit sale, I can't there just isn't enough profit as is to drop the price.
Don't forget its made in the USA. lol

I could run a JGS or turbosmart gate sale.... Lemme know.
