Good to see you have the rollers spinning Martin!
As well as keeping the oil (and the internals) in the motor. :-)
I'm sure you will continue to sneak up on the tune and will be well prepared before you make those first track passes.

Well, I can now say that I have the highest powered car that has ever been on Tick Performance's dyno.

Easily eclipsed 4 digits on 25psi and a conservative tune up. AFR is still in the 11.2-11.4 range and could easily be leaned out to 11.8-12.0 if we need the added power. Could easily put 2-3 more degrees timing in it if the added power is needed. My IAT's have still not eclipsed 124* on a full pull to 7500rpm on 25psi. They start the pull around 90-95* ambient temperature and end just above 120*.

On 25psi back pressure is still under 2:1 and shows that this turbo has more boost to make if the added power is needed.

Extremely happy with the way this build turned out and all the blood, sweat and tears finally have started to pay off. We tried to take it to the track tonight, but testing the creep function on the transbrake we have found that my trans brake solenoid which has sat for almost 3 years without being used is sticking randomly. Some times it will work, sometimes you have to put it in N or R and hold the trans brake button, aggressively back up as if to un stick the solenoid and then it will work in low gear again. What's more interesting is trans brake works in R and N every single time, but won't always work in low gear.

Hoping to solve that on Monday and then take it to the track Thursday of next week.

I won't release the final numbers, but one of the last pulls we made was over 1050 to the tires on 25psi.

It will easily make over 1100rwhp.

We also scaled the car on Friday and my estimates on weight were DEAD on. With me in the car, and a full tank of gas she weighs 3190 with no lead and the car has to weigh 3250 per the rules for my combination.

Thanks guys. If I had a bit better parts in this motor like a better crank, 6 bolt heads and better rods we'd of turned it on up to 30psi on the dyno and put it on kill. I wasn't too concerned with making a big number on the dyno, but I at least wanted to make 4 digits.

We made a pull on 19psi with 15* timing in it and it made 825rwhp, way low on timing for that amount of boost and the fuel I run. Next pull we put it on 25psi and added timing not knowing what to expect. When I saw the numbers come up on the screen and they were well over 4 digits I had a smile you couldn't wipe off my face.

I had always hoped that it would make 1000rwhp, as I knew at 3250# if it made that kind of power it would go 5.16-5.20@134-136 which would be semi competitive at the big races, and very competitive locally. I assumed it would take more than 25psi and leaning on the tune up pretty hard to make that number though. The fact that it made what it did without even leaning on the tune up at all, and on 25psi with less than 2:1 back pressure leads me to believe that this thing just might be able to run low 5.0's@139-140mph leaning on the tune-up.

Time will tell.
