That is super rich and undertimed for that low of boost on E85. Have you tried adding timing and leaning it out?
Im going to try that tonight. I just kind of want to know a guideline. Should i be around 11.5-12...? I know every motor is different but i hit this huge wall at exactly 6k when i turn on the co2 and run 10+ lbs. VE table is pretty good, drives great and doesn’t have weird issues until i hit 6k
pull the injectors and have them checked/cleaned. just went thru this 2 days ago on my brothers 210s he had 1 injector about 1/2 plugged up. problem solved for him.

You could be blowing out spark at higher boost with cold plugs, rich AFR, no timing. I'd set it for 11.5 and add a few degrees and see what it does.

Can you describe the symptoms? Mine is very specific at 6k with a massive breakup
Worked on the tune tonight and also replaced plugs. Same B8efs with a gap of .025. We got the afr up to 11.8-12 at WOT and also bumped up timing to 20*. I upped to co2 to run 15lbs just to see how it would respond and sure enough immediate breakup at 6k.
Lets get back to plugs which is where I got a hint of where my problem may lie... The plugs in cylinders 3 and 5 (driver side) looked almost brand new aside from timing marks. This got me thinking... all other plugs had some fueling color on the top ring of the plug... Perhaps the injectors in those cylinders are clogged or on their way out...
Posted a couple pics showing cylinder 3 and then comparing it to a “working” cylinder. I kind of think it’s been the injectors all along. Been battling this for 2 months now before posting.
Next step is to pull the injectors and have them flowed, cleaned and rechecked.
they get plugged with crap sometimes. it does not take mutch to start hindering flow. I whould go back down in timing you do not want to add timing with a known problem like this you will melt it down. I don't run timing up that high on these engines as we have made just under 1100 wheel hp on 17 * timing . I have seen to many engines start pushing water when the timing gets that high. a good place to start is 15* at 5000 rpm tapering to 16.5* or so at 7000 rpm. that's where my last 6.0 went 9.01 at 150 mph on 18 psi boost. 3500 lbs.
I would swap some Br7ef's at .22 gap and give it a shot before pulling the injectors.
I come from the nitrous world and ran my last motor on 9's and even 10's NA with zero issues... I seriously doubt it's an issue with the plugs being cold. I sprayed a 400-450 shot which is why I drove around on super cold plugs with zero issues at WOT or putting around town. The majority of my driving was without spraying and just punching it here and there NA with no issues.

We were just trying to see what would happen on a short burst in 2nd gear with a lean AFR and aggressive timing to see if the tune was the issue and "cleaning it up" would help... Well, it made zero difference as it broke up immediately at 6k rpms... I do plan to run around 16* once I can actually make it past 6k and up the boost more and more. I plan to spin it to 7100-7200 for my 1-2 and 2-3 shifts and could potentially hit 7500 when crossing the 1/4 mile finish line. I don't know how much boost I'll end up running. Ideally I'd like to make 1100whp so whatever boost that requires.
