Guys before a flame war starts. These two guys are friends so!
Civic hatch has a built gsr turbo t3/t4 street tuned on pump and the LS1 has a STS kit with the upgraded GT67 turbo also on pump.

HP is only made by air flow. You can force as much air as you want into anything you want with the right setup to make horse power. Heck, yuo can make an out house fly if you really wanted to.

That Camaro has over 500 horsepower to the tires and it gets pulled on like it's on the brakes. That's got to be one of the fastest street driven Civics on the planet. No BS. I've seen a couple around here that trapped over 100 in the 1/8th but figured once I got the turbo on my SS they wouldn't be a problem. Very informative vid. Thanks.

Anyone know how many lbs the Civic was running? My friend has a Civic w/ a GSR motor and a t3/t4 puts down almost 300hp at 8lbs. He has ran a 12.5 around 114 w/ drag radials. He can put like a fender on me from a roll and my car is only a 330hp bolt on car w/ gears. Just saying that had to be a mean Civic, serious sleeper.

Cheesefrog, here in Houston has a nasty civic that sees the street, he will give you a newfound respect for these baby shoes. He stayed right beside a 10 second Viper from a roll. The damn thing sounds like it coming apart it's spinning the rpm's so high.
