Default H/C/I High compression and turbo

I'm looking at this turbo kit tomorrow for $2000. Its a turbo tech turbo kit-master 70mm turbo turbosmart waste gates hks bov..

Anyway I did not plan on going F/I this soon, but could not ignore the price..Its the one that mike brown is selling(ohio boys if you been living under a rock LOL)

Right now I'm an A4 with H/C/I..I put down 435rwhp,So I plan on running low boost 4-5 lbs since its still on a stock bottom end(have rod bolts though)..I have TSP 5.3 heads ported fast, now my cam is not optimal but here it is. Its a 232/238 612/606 111 lsa. I know I could use a higher lsa,but can I run it till I forge it and swap cams. Would I bleed off too much boost? My compression is at 10.79:1(I think).I have ARP head bolts though..My plan is just to slap it on with what I have on low boost and tune.I'm a noob to turbos and like I said I did not plan this soon ,but I could not ignore the price

If you really want it, just do it. 4-5 psi is not that much you will be fine if it is tuned well.

How much do you think I'll gain with 4-5 psi?

if you know how to do heads, then why not do them, you will make some money in the trade from those to something w/ lower comp. and your engine will thank you

Swapping the heads out from the 5.3L to 6.0L heads will really help you out. You will be able to run a lot more boost. Plus a head swap is not that hard. If you are going to install the turbo, you can certainly do the head swap.

actually afriend is gonna install it for cheap,I'll see if he would swap the heads if I find some 6.0heads,but as of now I just wan to get it on and buy some gages,60lber..Later down the road when I forge it I'll look into this or just loower it with low comp pistons..I just wanna make about 500-550(tops)rwhp,and since I'm at 435 I think I can do it on 4-5lb
