Default 42lbs mustang injectors

a friend of mine informed me that he has a set of 42 lbs injectors that he has never used. these injectors came with his procharger kit. he decided to go with motron 60's. i always see "SVO"/ blue tops, green tops ect.ect.

are the injectors that my buddy has the same as these. and will they work. i dont know if they have the same plugs or anything all he told me was that they are the "long" ones. the price he gave was 100 bucks

ya or na i really dont know much about injectors and what will work

thanks

what color are they, if they are "green tops" they will work fine, if they are all blue, they are 2003-4 cobra injectors, and will work, but the spray pattern is not optimal, and you will need wiring harness adapters.

If they are the green tops, then jump all over them, very good deal.

Fit right in and you can still use your stock injector clips with them as well. Killer deal!!

You WILL need to change the injector flow rate table in the PCM before you can run them though. You can't just put them in and go, it will run WAY rich. TUNING REQUIRED,

Oh and those Ford injectors are rated at 42lbs/hr at 43.5psi fuel pressure, so at your 58psi, they actually flow about 49lbs/hr. (which is what will need to be programed in to the PCM) They will work great for a turbo at 5-7.
