Its sloppy and will make funny noises.

The X fram underneath the car creates some clearence issues with some exhaust/suspension parts. nothing that cant be worked around though.

if you like it, get it, and the fewer miles the better, esp with converts.

I test drove a vert ws6 before buying my t-top ws6. The vert had its moments, but I felt more comfortable in my t-top. Vert felt weird. But I've never been a big vert van, if you are I say do it.

Fugly, and you will need a roll bar if you plan on going to the strip.

So you have to have a roll bar even if your not that fast? That sucks, I will probably just keep this car that I have. I just thought a modded up vert would be cool since you don't see very many of them. Also what do you guys mean by sloppy like they don't handle well??

Get it specially if its an m6. Convertibles are rare and more if they are manual, i have a vert and they look great top up and down, always get complements from random people about the car, black verts look the best!

Well to me they have lost a lot of strength in the body since the roof is a major body componet in a uni body car. So they twist and distort. On top of that. They Leak water every where.

Never had a problem with leaking water, I've own 2 and both never leaked. T tops are more prone to leaking.

about leaking and verts AND t-tops:

if they dont now, they WILL eventually. period.

at least for daily driven cars, my t-tops leak, but not very noticeable, ill just get out of the car when it rains and see a spot already on my knee.

Buy a convertible only if you truly want that type of a car. Increased noise and a wobbling chassis are the obvious concerns. If you want a convertible but don't buy one, you'll only be disappointed with a t-top or hardtop car. Who cares if it leaks-fix it. Lord knows on an F-body all kinds of things will be breaking on it before you decide to give it up. But on some nights, when the air's not too cool or hot, the moon is out, and everything else is just right along with whats-her-face beside you, dropping that top makes it all worth it...
