Default is 95 t/a hatch same as 2000?

I might be buying a 95 t/a hatch to replace mine, is it the same exact thing?

I'm pretty sure it is the same model, but again, I could be wrong. Best thing I'd do is check out a buddy's car if they have one.

Any Trans Am hatch from '93-'02 is the same. Same goes for any base Firebird or Formula hatch too.

The catch, you know the part that is held on by four 10mm nuts and goes into the latching mechanism on the body to hold it down. Thats different. I don't know when they changed it but I have a '95 hatch on my '01 camaro. It wouldn't close right or adjust enough. So I looked at my '02 camaro and the loop is more to the right.
Damn Hollander interchange manual doesn't even know about this.
