Have a question about reading the paint code on my car
Hey guys, I am having a spoiler painted and was asked to get the paint code. It is a 2002 Camaro Z28 Medium Red Metallic I believe is what it's called. I got on a website called paint scratch and it said that the paint code was.... 44/WA408G.... Then, I looked on the RPO code list to confirm, and I found the label 44U, which I thought was the paint code, but then on the bottom I found this printed BC/CC U 408G Now I know that BC usually stands for Base Coat and CC is Clear Coat. So i was wondering what the paint code actually is. Is it 44U, ir is it 408G?
Thanks guys

I'm probably wrong but I think those are both the paint code. If you were to take those 2 numbers to whoever is mixing and/or painting your spoiler they'll be able to match it. I think it's something to do w/ what brand you get w/ each paint code.

My local paint store refused to give me 8 ounces of black, BLACK!
It was raining out and they wanted to put their camera on it for a perfect match, and couldn't do it in the rain.
I had to beg them, I have a 1992 truck and two 2002 cars with that 8555 code, I said bitch mix the damn paint
