Default Cost for a Typical Tune?

Not sure if i'm in the right section, if not, mods please move it for me. But i was curious what you guys have seen for a typical tune $$$ ??

Second Question, I have a small cam, headers and exhaust with a 100 wet shot and not sure if i should dump $300 for a tune?

Thanks Guys

it's right around $1,000,000 dollars, give or take, depending on your tuner. Hope that helps!

Our local guy tunes for $350 plus $50 for an hour of dyno time to do WOT. He did mine and Im pretty happy with it. You would definately see good gains with a tune.

You will definitely benefit from a tune with those mods. $500 sounds about right for a tune a couple dyno pulls

About $500 and it will be the best mod money you have spent so far. Not only will you gain performance, but also a safety factor.

Where are you from? I pay a lot less with my tuner. He does a very good job. My 408 car runs pretty good, and my cam only daily driver made above average numbers for a Torquer2, it drives nicely too.

I get my car tuned at the same place, and my hotcam LT1 made good power. That car recently got totaled so now it's time for a lsx car, I guess we will see how he does on tuning it. He is $125 a hour and it's always done in 2 hours including driveability.

Where are you located? Here in NJ we have tons of sponsors of this board and excellent shops. The average cam/heads tune is around $500.00 bolt on cars are $250
