I am at work and cannot view the pictures, however I can tell you that SLP lt's has HORRIBLE clearance.
I'll have to check later.

Your car doesn't look lowered to me. It looks just like my car, its that "scared cat" look. I know the old SLP Long tubes had issues with ground clearance, but the new ones have taken care of that issue.

Not Lowered... Old style SLP Headers were terrible for ground clearance...they changed the style in the last couple years.[I have coated equal-length EDELBROCKS]

I have the older style. I got a hell of a deal on them tho. 300 bucks for headers/cutouts/bullet muffler/y pipe. I was thinking of buying the lowering kit from the sponsors thread. Its a 1inch drop. I know i already scrape alot. So thats whats holding me back. Any advice??

If ya got the funds, change the headers too.
Resell the ones you have & buy something with more ground clearance.

Doesn't look lowered to me either, ...

What's the car number?
Has it been registered on Firehawkowners.com ?
Have you registered on the messageboard.Firehawk.org forum?

Oh, ..., And you can get remakes of the original SLP tag for the passneger door too.

Very nice coating..do not hang low..thick flanges....1-7/8" Equal length....the larger tubes give more sound/noise it seems, compared to a friend with PACESETTERS....I got them for a good price/with y-pipe. Vic Edelbrock SR. was making stuff in the 40's. Quality stuff, as all their products are.
