Default 1000hp stock cubes?

Are there any 1000 hp (or close, within 50) LSx powered vehicles, 346-370 cubic inch? or are they all 402/408?

Forge the motor with some badass flowing heads, badass intake setup, and a matched cam, and boost the living hell out of it. Should get you to 1,000 hp and beyond.

Built 346 with aggressive heads/cam: 475rwhp
Turbo/Super Charger: 650rwhp
300 shot of nitrous.

Yeah that's not going to last very long, probably not even long enough to get the tune dialed in.

Theres a guy I know with stock cubes who should be putting down close to 1500whp this year. So he said. Hes got stock block with all forged internals and some crazy *** HUGE turbo setup. Ive seen the setup before from the top and the bottom, and trust me- he put down something like 800+whp last year on the old turbo, this year hes shooting for 1500 with the new turbo/piping.

It can and has been done with the right turbo setup. If your serious about it and have a serious budget, I would give Wheel 2 Wheel a call.

It should be possible, right?... I mean supras are like 3.6-ish liters and you see quite a few 1000 plus hp'ed supras...

the issue im running into is that the turbo may be reaching max boost at such an early RPM that its simply running out of steam on the big end where the huge power is made.

Tiago made 955 with a 370 (I think) and twins. Search in the Texas section, they had an HPD dyno day or something in Dallas recently.
