The LQ4 is the 2500 HD 6.0l Iron Block Truck Engine.. I used that in my Build.

The LQ9 is a 6.0l Iron Block as well, it's in the '06 and back Cadillac Escalades, and in the Silverado SS I believe. It's a higher Compression than the stock LQ4, the Pistons are different.

Ok so do the camaro heads and intakes fit on them and how about the pcm that controls them can you use one out of a z28. Also on the iron blocks are the mainbolts the same ust a few things off the top of my head the lq4-9s are cheaper then ls1-2-6

If you want to run it in a car you have to get the car Intake, Accessories..etc. It's best to stick with the Car PCM's. All the Heads are interchangeable, most of the Truck Heads flow the same as the Car Heads, they just need to be milled down to match the Chamber size.

I have a 1995 camaro I would be putting this motor into. So do you think iron is the way to go. What kind of hp do they make set up to go in a camaro and as a 6.0 I see yours is a stroker.

Yup. That was my original plan, but the Stroker kinda appealed to me more..

I built my own Harness, did all the work. Me personally I like Iron Engines for more durability..
